Position Summary

Supervisor Front‑Line Teams – responsible for supervising front‑end staff, ensuring service standards, managing register coverage, providing customer service, and training associates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise front‑end staff to ensure service standards are met.
  • Oversee register coverage and store supply usage.
  • Provide refunds and monitor cash drawer amounts.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures.
  • Assist customers and resolve issues, delivering excellent service.
  • Understand, train, and promote company programs (Pro, RPP, financing, survey, fundraising).
  • Train and mentor new associates.
  • Other tasks to ensure smooth store operation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
