Job Description
Lead the maintenance and operation of Linden Meadows School as Head Caretaker with Pembina Trails School Division. Drive the facilities’ upkeep and staff efficiency during school hours.
As the Head Caretaker, you will oversee routine maintenance and ensure the safety and comfort of the school’s environment. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage caretaking staff effectively. You must maintain communication with both the Principal and Operations Supervisor, alongside handling various operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate routine updates to Principal and Operations Supervisor
• Lead and supervise caretaking staff in daily tasks
• Inspect facility and grounds for safety and maintenance needs
• Maintain HVAC systems and report malfunctions
• Ensure compliance with security and cleaning protocols
