+ Candidate must have 15+ years of work experience. Of this around 5 years must have been at a management/leadership level.
+ From consulting background with offshoring experience.
+ Possess a strong sense of conviction and ability to influence multiple stakeholders.
+ Demonstrated the ability to lead and build a team of over 300 professionals.
+ Must be a dynamic leader with a go getter attitude.
+ Good leadership and management skills.
+ Exceptional communication skills.
+ Must have experience in multidisciplinary projects.
+ Robust understanding of client management and client satisfaction.
