Role Overview
The Hardware Certification Intermediate Analyst is responsible for managing the certification and update lifecycle of hardware across enterprise environments. This role ensures compatibility with Windows, Linux, and macOS, while maintaining certified hardware inventories and overseeing driver deployment through tools such as MDT and SCCM.
Key Responsibilities
Manage hardware certification and updates across enterprise environments
Ensure compatibility with Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems
Analyze and catalog hardware models and part numbers, maintaining an up-to-date inventory
Perform driver certification, download, classification, and updates .exe and .inf files)
