Key will be your troubleshooting expertise and hands-on leadership in a fast-paced production context.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead technical issue resolution and ticket management
• Oversee maintenance of networks and server infrastructures
• Troubleshoot diverse systems including Windows and Linux
• Supervise the lifecycle of workstations and laptops
• Support production applications like Maya and Nuke
