We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Controller/Senior Finance Analyst to oversee day-to-day financial operations. You will manage budgeting, cash flow, and compliance functions in a dynamic staffing and professional services environment. Additionally, your analytical abilities will drive financial performance across the organization.

• Manage full-cycle accounting functions including reconciliations
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements accurately
