Our direct client is seeking a Financial Controller to lead accounting functions in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in cost accounting, ERP implementation, and the life sciences sector. This hands-on position involves not just management but also the development of cost accounting systems from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement standard costing structures in new ERP
• Own WIP tracking and COGS accounting processes
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reconciliation reports
• Prepare monthly manufacturing variance reports with insights
• Lead month-end close and oversee junior finance staff
