HAND MAINTENANCE LEAD

Position Summary

To perform the day-to-day general maintenance of public, guest and operational areas in a manner consistent with a four diamond property. To assist the Engineering Manager with the day to day operation of the Engineering Department.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Providing personalized and exceptional guest service at every given opportunity
• Oversee the operation of the department and supervise and direct the Engineering Team in the absence of the Engineering Manager and Supervisor
• May be required to perform Duty Manager shifts
• Represent the Engineering Department at Management meetings as required in absence of Manager or Supervisor
• Assist the Engineering Manager in the day to day operation of the shop
