Be part of the team behind the deal. As a Senior in EY’s Transaction Tax practice, you’ll work on transactions that shape companies’ futures. You’ll help clients assess the tax implications of acquisitions and divestitures, guiding them through due diligence, structuring, and execution. This role offers hands‑on involvement in live deals and the chance to develop both technical depth and commercial awareness in a fast‑moving environment.

• Support and contribute to tax due diligence and transaction advisory engagements across buy‑side and sell‑side transactions
