Overview
Hotel Metro is currently seeking a Full‑Time Guest Services Representative for our upscale boutique hotel in Downtown London. Applicants must be professional, personable and have a keen eye for details.
Responsibilities
- Work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Carry on conversation with guests from all over the world.
- Work well with computers, spreadsheets, and word processing software.
- Maintain a set schedule, but additional shifts may be available due to scheduling.
Qualifications
- Preferred: 1 year of customer‑service experience.
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in a hotel.
