Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing the conference center or meeting rooms. Working with event team for setting up rooms before meetings, ensuring they are stocked with supplies (water, notepads, markers), and tidying them up afterward Responsible for issuing visitor badges, verifying credentials, and ensuring all guests sign in and out according to building security protocols Assist with basic concierge tasks like giving directions, recommending local restaurants, or calling taxis/rideshares for tenants and guests Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier deliveries. Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related disciplines A team player with outgoing personalities Passionate and service oriented Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English
