About the Position
Manufacturing Supervisor in the Manufacture GTS team at Marelli, reporting to the Plant Manager. Based at the Insite Nissan A1 office in Aguascalientes.
Responsibilities- Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient and effective delivery of technical services aligned with business objectives.
- Technical Leadership: Provide expertise and guidance to technical teams in resolving complex issues.
- Project Management: Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to facilitate seamless project execution.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all operations comply with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze performance metrics to ensure the unit meets KPIs.
- Education: Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience: Manufacturing process experience, ideally within the automotive industry.
