Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita seeks a Sales Manager, Weddings & Celebrations to lead sales efforts for one of Mexico's most sought-after luxury wedding and social event destinations.
Responsibilities include:
Generate new business and cultivate relationships with wedding planners, luxury travel advisors, event designers, and affluent clients.
Collaborate with Resort's Events, Catering, Marketing, and Operations teams to drive revenue growth and ensure exceptional service.
Proactively identify, solicit, and develop new business opportunities through direct sales, networking, industry events, and strategic partnerships.
Build and maintain relationships with key wedding planners, event designers, influencers, and luxury travel professionals within Mexico, the U.S., and international markets.
Manage the sales process from inquiry through contract execution, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with internal teams.
