Overview
Greens Superintendent – reports to the General Manager. Responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive management program to uphold and improve the golf course’s national ranking, lead the grounds team, support the chief engineer, and maximize unit performance.
Role
The Greens Superintendent enhances the resort’s positioning as Canada’s favorite golf resort by integrating Golf and Resort operations, maintaining the world‑class landscaping program, and ensuring a strong talent pipeline.
Activities
- Work closely with the Director of Golf/Head Golf Professional to ensure effective communication throughout the Golf Department and resort.
