Launch your nursing career in Alberta’s Graduate Nurse Transition Pilot Program. Grow your skills and confidence with support from experienced mentors in a structured, 12-month program.
This program is specifically for recent Registered Nurse graduates ready to embark on their professional journey. The program features two phases: an enhanced orientation with a Clinical Guide and a transition to independent practice supported by a mentor. Participants will provide nursing services while learning to ensure patient well-being in a variety of settings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide patient-centered care to diverse populations
• Utilize critical thinking and decision-making processes
