Job Description
The Ottawa-Carleton District School Board is looking for a Long Term Occasional teacher to cover Grade 4 during a leave. This position enables you to make a real difference in students' educational journeys.
As a Long Term Occasional teacher, you’ll play a critical role in the development of Grade 4 students while the regular teacher is on leave. Applicants are expected to be in good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers and have completed the necessary training. This role encourages you to engage creatively in a classroom environment while ensuring academic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach and manage Grade 4 classroom activities
• Foster an inclusive classroom atmosphere
• Encourage student participation and engagement
