Overview
As a Government and Public Sector Operations Senior Associate, you will work in PwC’s Operations and Procurement team, delivering business transformation initiatives across the public sector. Your role will involve collaborating with senior professionals on high‑profile engagements, driving operational excellence, and acting as a strategic advisor to clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead and/or support client workshops, facilitation, interviews, and data collection efforts.
- Design and execute business transformations, including program and project management and benefits analysis.
- Develop business architecture to inform solution design and assess operational readiness, including the impact of legislation and policy.
- Create performance frameworks and evaluation models, Service Delivery Models, and Target Operating Models.
