Governance Counsel

Overview

We are seeking a LATAM-trained, fully bilingual (English/Spanish) Counsel to support our global Corporate Governance and Sustainability function. This role will focus on subsidiary governance and ESG/sustainability reporting across multiple jurisdictions, working closely with Legal, Finance, Risk, and Sustainability teams.

This is a hands‑on role requiring strong legal judgment, project management skills, and the ability to manage global processes and regulatory requirements in a fast-evolving environment.

How you'll make an impact

• Subsidiary Governance: Support the management and continuous improvement of the company’s global subsidiary governance framework, including governance processes and documentation.
• Sustainability Reporting: Support global ESG and sustainability reporting efforts, including tracking regulatory requirements (e.g., emissions, workforce, pay transparency disclosures).
