GlobalView Implementation Lead - Mexico

Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our LATAM HCM Practice to support ADP GlobalView implementation projects in Mexico.

The consultant will serve as a GlobalView Mexico Subject Matter Expert (SME), supporting ADP implementation activities across all project phases. This role requires strong Mexico payroll expertise combined with hands‑on GlobalView/SAP configuration experience and the ability to work closely with ADP project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Support ADP GlobalView implementation projects for Mexico payroll.
• Participate in implementation activities across all project phases, including requirements, configuration, testing, and go‑live support.
• Perform GlobalView/SAP payroll configuration activities as assigned by the ADP Project Manager.
• Provide Mexico payroll subject matter expertise to project teams and stakeholders.
