Job Description
Lead the lifecycle governance of mould assets at Whitewater’s Richmond facility as the Global Mould and Tooling Manager. Oversee tooling for composite manufacturing and ensure cost-effective operations.
The Global Mould and Tooling Manager drives comprehensive management of all tooling assets within Whitewater’s Engineering Services. This role focuses on ensuring tooling availability, quality assurance, and lifecycle economics, collaborating with cross-functional teams in Engineering, Quality, and Operations. The successful candidate will manage supplier relationships and maintain a robust inventory tracking system.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of all FRP mould assets
• Establish and maintain an authoritative mould inventory
• Oversee supplier adherence to tooling standards
• Define maintenance standards for FRP moulds
