Global IT Support Specialist – Windows, AD & O365

Fides Treasury Services AG in Zürich is seeking an IT Supporter to act as the first point of contact for internal service requests and incidents. This role involves managing customer interactions and ensuring system stability and performance.

The ideal candidate should have IT support experience or be a motivated graduate with a strong willingness to learn, alongside knowledge of IT systems (Windows, Linux) and fluent communication skills in English and German.
