Global IS WT Support Engineer Role
Job Description
Become an essential part of Grundfos as a Global IS WT Support Engineer in Brockville, Ontario. Deliver both remote and onsite support while managing hardware lifecycle services.
This position plays a crucial role within the IT department, providing support for IS WT applications and systems. You will be responsible for ensuring their global service availability while participating in key projects and hardware asset management initiatives. Additionally, conduct training sessions to equip end-users with essential skills on various applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide supportive services for IS WT applications
• Manage and monitor ServiceNow ticket queues
• Execute hardware lifecycle management services
• Conduct user training for applications like M365
• Participate in key global project initiatives
Requirements:
• Technical degree in IT or similar
• 2-4 years of relevant experience required
• Strong communication and service-oriented mindset
