We design and govern learning as an integrated, longitudinal capability system – aligned to roles, risk, and outcomes – rather than a collection of disconnected training events.
As a Senior Manager in Amgen’s R&D Knowledge & Learning organization, you will serve as the Learning Business Partner for select Global Development Operations sub-functions – primarily Clinical Systems and Data Management – with a local base at the Amgen India (AIN) site.
