Job Description
Hitachi Energy Chile is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our customer support team. In this role, you will provide tier 1 support to customers and the Hitachi Energy global network, ensuring issues are escalated and resolved in a timely manner.
Applicants should have at least 2 years of customer service experience and be fluent in both Spanish and English. The position requires readiness to travel approximately 10% globally for troubleshooting and training.
