Manage the yearly issuance of statutory financial statements for six entities and consolidated statements.Manage the preparation of the consolidated financial statements with necessary elimination entries quarterly.Manage the preparation of the IFRS group reporting pack quarterly.Supervise monthly board requirements, including trial balances, disclosures, and elimination entries for 6 entities.Manage the External auditors audit process: Interim & end-of-year audit process.Manage and supervise the books to ensu...
