As an EH&S Advisor, you'll play a crucial role in implementing safety initiatives throughout GFL’s facilities. Your expertise will guide the development of policies, conduct critical safety audits, and maintain key relationships with regulatory authorities. Help foster a culture of safety and accountability among employees by mentoring managers and supervisors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement EH&S initiatives
• Conduct corporate risk management audits
• Participate in COR certification audits
• Coordinate environmental monitoring exercises
• Provide guidance during incident investigations
Requirements:
• Related degree, diploma, or professional designation
• 5 years progressive EH&S experience preferred
• COR Auditing Certificate an asset
