Job Description
Supervise operations and enhance safety initiatives at GFL Environmental as an Operations Supervisor. Maintain efficient workflows and ensure a zero-harm workplace at the Foxtrap Facility.
As an Operations Supervisor reporting to the Operations Manager, your duties will encompass supervising operations, planning, assigning tasks, and maintaining high safety standards. You will conduct site visits and engage with customers and contractors while fostering a culture of safety and efficiency. Coaching your team and recommending operational improvements will be fundamental to ensuring smooth operations.
