German-speaking Warranty Administrator

Ford Central and Eastern European Sales LLC is looking for a German-speaking Warranty Administrator in our Szentendre office.

Education and job experience:
• Curious about warranty processes, with 0–3 years of experience in administration or warranty support preferably in a German-speaking role.
• This job requires vocational training with a technical (vehicle) background.
• Preference is given to employees from the automotive industry (dealer workshop or manufacturer). 

Special skills and knowledge:
• Good knowledge of vehicle technology
• Communication skills
• Understanding the German dealer organization
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel and Word)
