The restaurant manager will ensure exceptional service standards, operational efficiency, and team support across our food & beverage outlets. This role is integral to driving guest satisfaction, supporting staff performance, maintaining smooth day-to-day operations and high profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, café, and waterpark F&B locations
• Provide on‑floor support during peak hours or when additional leadership coverage is needed (NOT an office position)
• Maintain high service standards, ensure team accountability, and foster a positive work environment
• Monitor inventory, product quality, and supply ordering for assigned outlets
• Support training, coaching, and development of front‑of‑house staff
