Job Description
Eaton’s AER FED Fluid Electrical Distribution division is currently seeking a Gerente de Operaciones (2do turno).
**What you’ll do**:
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Manage the overall resource management and production of the assembly aspects of fluid distribution and electromechanical processes at the Tijuana facility. The position drives continuous improvement in production, quality, and safety while utilizing the framework of the Eaton Business System (EBS) and the Continuous Improvement Framework (CIF) and directly responsible for the High Five Business Metrics.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Broad responsibilities and leadership of a multi-disciplined, cross-functional team with overall accountability for performance of assigned businesses.
Direct operations, management of budgets, manning, capacity planning, equipment utilization and scheduling in accordance with SIOP and Absorption plans to meet profit plan.
