We are looking for a Genomics Data Analyst to join the Computational and Statistical Genomics Group led by Simone Rubinacci at the Institute for Molecular Medicine Finland. The role involves working closely with the FinnGen project, one of the largest genomic research initiatives worldwide, building and maintaining the data infrastructure that powers cutting‑edge discoveries in human genetics and disease research.

What you'll do

• Process, harmonise and quality‑control large-scale whole‑genome (WGS) and whole‑exome (WES) sequencing datasets
• Develop scalable and reproducible workflows on HPC and cloud platforms, including Google Cloud
