Job Description Role Purpose
You will execute against key HR processes within the United States, which ensures a consistent employee experience and drive compliance with key local (US) HR policies and local (US) regulations.
Key Accountabilities
- Developing and implementing HR strategy: You will be responsible for the successful implementation of strategic HR initiatives at the local (US) level.
- Retaining talent: You will assist with retention plans and strategies in your local market (US), partnering with EE and HRBP leaders as required to track and ensure execution of all required payments, etc.
- Talent management and development: You will support the roll out of global and regional development initiatives and programs within the respective country or sub-cluster.
