Our client, a well-established civil construction contractor operating across Western Canada, is seeking a General / Senior Superintendent to lead complex civil construction projects in Calgary.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing multiple site superintendents and ensuring successful delivery of full-scale civil construction projects.
Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple site superintendents across one or more civil construction projects
• Provide overall field leadership for project execution, sequencing, and productivity
• Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities across large-scale civil projects
• Ensure alignment between project schedules, budgets, and field operations
