Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily operations of a full-service restaurant and bar
• Cultivate a guest-focused, energetic atmosphere
• Coach and develop a strong management team
• Ensure food quality and safety across menu offerings
• Oversee inventory management and operational systems
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years as a Restaurant General Manager
• Bar management experience preferred
• Strong P&L and operational management skills
