Job Description
Become a General Labourer with American Iron & Metal in Hamilton, ON, focusing on non-ferrous metals. This exciting role features hands-on work and excellent pay starting at CAD 25.75/hour.
The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM. You will be pivotal in sorting, processing, and assisting with shipments of metals while maintaining safety. Engage in a rewarding environment that emphasizes growth and teamwork while contributing to a greener world.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and sort non-ferrous metals including aluminum
• Maintain accurate weight and tracking using RECY
• Help load and unload materials from shipments

• Operate a forklift with training if necessary
Requirements:
• Forklift operation experience preferred
• Prior exposure to industrial or recycling environments
• Comfort with various outdoor and indoor conditions
