General Laborer

Position Summary: Responsible for unloading raw material and transferring into tractor trailer in an efficient and safe manner to facilitate pickup from the customer. All incoming material is directly transferred into tractor trailer and shipped out. The employee will follow all health/safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently shunting trucks in and out of trans-load area
• Reporting vehicle defects in Guide TI
• Incoming inspection of raw materials received for contamination, foreign objects, and rendering exclusions
• Maintain fat and bone / organic dump sheet and product traceability
• Generate Bills of Lading for fat and bone / organic loads. Include the date, product type, and destination
• 10% Planning/Inventory Management: Make decisions in regards to timing of duties to ensure efficient flow of product
