Programme Structure:
- Soft skills and management training
- Two weeks of familiarization in HAECO
3rd & 4th Year
- Work in one of the departments at HAESL
- Secondment to aviation division under Swire Group Companies (12 weeks)
- Secondment to Rolls-Royce in the UK (12 weeks)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related disciplines
- Highly organized with self-motivation and commitment
- Strong interpersonal skills to contribute in a team environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent communication in English and Chinese
- Enthusiasm in the Aerospace industry
