Reporting directly to the Director, you will play a key role in winning work and setting our projects up for success from day one.

What you will be responsible for:

• Reviewing project scopes and developing estimating strategies for assigned projects
• Preparing detailed, accurate construction cost estimates and supporting documentation
• Comfortable managing multiple bids at once
• Ensuring all bid submissions are complete and accurate as per plans and specifications, including notations of special or long‑lead items
