Join Terus Construction in Surrey, BC as a General Accountant leveraging your expertise in financial and cost accounting. You'll work closely with the Senior Accountant to support timely and accurate financial processes.
In this role, you will support the Finance department with critical transactional work and collaborate with the Head Office Accounting Team. Your responsibilities will include financial reporting, general ledger reconciliation, and month-end close activities. Strong Excel skills are essential for maintaining spreadsheets and ensuring data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process transactions as directed by the Senior Accountant
• Prepare monthly financial close reports and reconciliations
• Submit weekly financial reports as required
• Maintain detailed documentation and supporting schedules
• Investigate and resolve variances and reconciling items

• 2-4 years corporate accounting experience
