GBS+ CSS Specialist Portugues TP

The customer service specialist Portuguese will serve as the point of contact between the order entry team in Brazil and the logistics department. They will be responsible for reviewing customer portals, downloading purchase orders, and forwarding all relevant information to the logistics team.

• Order Entry responsible.
• Maintain active portals by tracking purchase orders.
• Make corrections to the different orders.
• Upload orders in SAP.

• Degree on Business Administrations.
• Experience in customer service.
• Intermediate portuguese.
• Analytics, proactive and good communication.
