Your Responsibilities

• Design and lead complex gameplay systems, mechanics, and content from initial concept through to final production.
• Author high-level creative briefs and detailed design specifications that clearly communicate the vision, goals, and player experience for new features.
• Create spreadsheets and models to simulate, tune, and balance progression systems and game economies.
• Refine features using a mix of game metrics, live performance data, user research, and playtesting to ensure designs meet high-quality player-centric goals.
• Collaborate with design leadership, UX, art, engineering, product management, and production teams to align on direction and feasibility, and to ensure a unified creative vision.
