- Responsible in handling and manage HR functions, including employee and industrial relations. Importantly, they will ensure compliance with labor laws and foster a positive workplace environment- Analyze HR data related to employee surveys, yearly assessments, etc., to define organizational development needs.
- Develop, implement, and review HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with company goals and compliance with legal requirements.
- Support leadership in creating and maintaining a positive organizational culture, with an emphasis on employee engagement and retention.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance on HR-related issues such as career development, conflict resolution, and performance improvement.
