Job Description
Join Carecor Health Services as a Full-Time Registered Nurse in Wound, Ostomy & Continence care. This position requires advanced wound care management, client assessments, and flexibility for occasional virtual visits.
As an RN in Sarnia and London, Ontario, you will provide comprehensive assessments and tailor care plans for clients. Knowledge in delivering advanced wound treatments and educating families is essential. You will work collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure effective client care management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop individualized care plans for wound management
• Provide advanced wound care treatments, including debridement
• Educate clients and caregivers on wound care best practices
