Become a vital part of the Tenant Relations team at Prince Albert Housing Authority as a full-time Customer Service Representative. Deliver exceptional service while managing tenant inquiries at the front counter.
This three-month term role requires a proactive individual skilled in customer service and administration. You will respond to tenant questions about housing programs, complete lease renewals, and accept rent payments. Strong analytical and interpersonal abilities are vital for providing accurate service.
