As part of the Digital Communications Team, the Senior Marketing Automation Specialist will lead the college’s marketing automation and digital marketing initiatives, ensuring effective learner engagement throughout the student lifecycle. Optimize the college’s marketing automation instance and processes using Adobe Marketo. Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive email communication projects and nurture campaigns. Create inbound and outbound email marketing strategies that leverage dynamic segmentation and predictive content. Analyze data, conduct A/B testing, and maintain data integrity and hygiene.
