You will be instrumental in managing the booking process for simulation rooms, analyzing data for accurate scheduling, and coordinating necessary supplies. By collaborating closely with the Academic Scheduling Team and Program Head, you will facilitate smooth operations, ensuring all resources are ready for each session.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on managing the simulation room booking process
• Validate scheduling data for optimal space allocation
• Ensure necessary supplies are available for activities
• Generate utilization and capacity reports regularly
• Assist in training and support for standardized patients
