Job Description
Drive excellence as a Full-Time Maintenance Supervisor at Trouw Nutrition in Moncton, New Brunswick. This position involves ensuring reliable operations and safety in a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
The Maintenance Supervisor will lead maintenance efforts at Trouw Nutrition, planning and aligning schedules to optimize plant efficiency. Daily meetings and team coordination are key to managing preventive maintenance and responding to emergencies. Strong leadership and effective communication will be essential for this role, contributing to continued operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead maintenance operations to enhance plant reliability
• Organize and plan maintenance aligned with production
• Hold daily maintenance meetings for team updates
• Promote workplace safety and continuous improvement
• Manage budgets and preventive maintenance schedules
Requirements:
• A minimum of 2 years in an industrial maintenance capacity
