This permanent position at the 5th & Central branch requires skilled professionals to service personal lines, including homes and recreational vehicles. You will handle insurance transactions independently and are responsible for maintaining high service standards while managing a diverse range of client portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process insurance transactions and member inquiries with accuracy
• Recommend insurance products based on needs assessments
• Handle policy renewals, endorsements, and ICBC transactions
• Assess risk for fraud and security concerns
• Support administrative tasks and team training as needed
