This customer-facing role has the crucial responsibility of making passengers feel safe and secure as they travel from coast to coast.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of ferry terminals and onboard vessels
• Act as a visible security presence and deterrent to support a safe environment
• Engage with the public to provide assistance, direction, and exceptional customer service
• Perform security procedures including unlock/lock-up checks and routine inspections
• Operate communication tools such as radios and escalate incidents as necessary
• Identify, report, and help mitigate safety hazards
• Support passenger safety and satisfaction during coast-to-coast travel
