Located in Hershey, PA, Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to serve as Full-Time Flex Houseparents. In this unique position, couples live in student homes and support the development of 8-13 students, managing household routines and educational activities. Flex Houseparents enjoy a structured schedule with time for personal pursuits while students are at school, ultimately transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide daily mentorship and supervision to students
• Manage household routines and student activities
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness
